Activity Co-Ordinator

We are a small Care Home Group based in Reigate and Caterham, Surrey. We are looking for an Activity Co-Ordinator who will create a stimulating and developing activity programme for the residents with in our Care Group.

Key responsibilities are

To plan, organise and co-ordinate activities for active daily living for each resident or a group within our Care setting.
Assist and support carers in developing activity
Encourage involvement within the local community where appropriate
Plan and organise external outings

The candidate would require to have a genuine interest in working within a caring environment, ability to communicate effectively at all levels, work as part of a team and have the willingness to undertake any necessary vocational qualifications in partnership with NAPA if required.
